Notice on Online Court Booking:
To ensure fair usage of the online booking system the Tennis Committee has agreed that all players booked onto the court must be available to go on court AT THE ALLOCATED TIME. IF AFTER 10 MINUTES they are not present, then the court can be used for order of play for the remainder of the reserved time (e.g. 50 minutes for a singles slot). This is to ensure that online courts are not wasted and to improve efficiencies in the booking process. Online booking slots must be booked concurrently, no 30 minute gaps may be left.
If the committee becomes aware of members booking but not using the booked court (without cancelling through the online system) the committee reserves the right to ban a player or players from further online booking for a month. Out of respect for all our tennis members the committee ask that these rules are observed.
